Our Staff: Meet our Property Managers

Jason Marascio

CEO/President – Real Estate Agent & Property Manager

Jason Marascio started in customer service and sales at the young age of 12 delivering newspapers in the mornings and selling magazine subscriptions door to door on the weekends. He continued to work all through high school acquiring various jobs at lumber yards, restaurants, and retail stores. Jason eventually landed a job with a wholesale hardware distribution company located in Dublin, California right out high school where he flourished and was continuously promoted within the company for the next five years.  Changing gears, Jason utilized his customer service skills and passion for cars to become a Nissan service advisor. In a short time Jason was offered the service manager position, but instead chose to relocate to the Dallas Fort Worth area in 2004 to be closer to his family. He continued to work for Nissan in the Dallas area, but quickly found the dealership pace to be much slower than he was accustom to. Jason is not one to sit idle and started seeking other job opportunities when he was introduced to a real estate investor. Not afraid of hard work, Jason rolled up his sleeves and started getting vacant rental properties ready while still maintaining a full time job during the week with Nissan. Even though he started at the bottom cleaning toilets, removing trash, and being witness to some pretty nasty things Jason knew that real estate investing was an avenue he wanted to pursue. After just a few short months Jason quit his full time job with Nissan and started his own business, Elite Investment Property Services. Only scratching the surface of real estate investing, Jason started We Buy North Texas Homes in 2005 which allowed him to generate leads and build his own rental portfolio. After acquiring several rental properties, Jason found that managing them was becoming a full time job thus another business emerged in 2007, Glacier Property Management which eventually grew to become what it is today, North Texas Property Management. Citing “integrity” as Jason’s favorite word, he has built a thriving business on a foundation of trust and honesty in an industry that is often short on both. Jason brings a passion as a property manager to every city he works in – from Plano to McKinney, Frisco to Allen, and every other vibrant community in the North Dallas suburbs!

Toryn Newton

Administrative Assistant

Toryn Newton “fell into” Property Management at the beginning of 2018. Toryn had always had a passion for real estate, and had even considered a career as a realtor, so when she was offered a leasing consultant position in the Dallas area, Toryn moved from Georgia to Texas. The more time she spent in the industry, the more she began to feel that she could have a career in Property Management, though working weekends made it difficult to spend time with family. In June of 2019, she was offered a position with North Texas Property Management as their administrative assistant. This role combines many of Toryn’s strengths, including organization, creativity, customer service, and knowledge of the industry. The chance to have a job that she is passionate about and still have time for family has been a huge blessing. She is excited to learn and grow with the company, and is even taking courses to obtain her Texas Real Estate License!

Eighteen years later, with the same company, Kelly felt more family time was in order, so chose to make a change and became a stay at home mom. With her youngest child starting school, Kelly sought out and was offered an exciting opportunity to work for NTXPM. She has found her part time roll to be both challenging and rewarding, enjoying the opportunity to experience other facets of the mortgage industry. Kelly enjoys the checks and balances of daily accounting and exceeds in investigation and streamlining work flow. She takes pride in her job and strives to do everything to the best of her ability.
